The merger will be an absorption-type merger, effective April 1, 2023, with Innovative Technology Lab Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of TECHNO HORIZON CO., LTD, as the surviving company and same consolidated subsidiaries Elmo K-Grande Corporation, Fine System Co., Ltd., Ichikawa Soft Laboratory Co., Ltd., and Asia Co., Ltd., a non-consolidated subsidiary, as the absorbed companies.
